Hello, I am ... Lisa Großkopf

Lisa Großkopf was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1989, where she still lives and works. After finishing her studies in “Graphic Design and Photography” at the University of Art and Design Linz, she continued to study “TransArts” at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna in 2017.

Lisa’s work oscillates between a diverse range of media, including photography and transmedia art. Her artistic practice and research combines conceptual, experimental and performative methods as well as activism. A recurring theme in her artwork is the tension between private and public space and the question of how the general public perceives its surroundings. Thus Lisa challenges the way of viewing everyday objects, images as well as ideas.

Her artworks were shown at the International Performance Art Giswil 2017 (Giwsil/CH), European Forum Alpbach 2015 (Alpbach/AT), The Smallest Gallery Graz 2017 (Graz/AT), Lentos 2018 (Linz/AT), Das Weisse Haus Wien 2017 (Wien/AT) and many more.
