RESPONSIBLE HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA IS A TOP PRIORITY FOR THE AUSTRIAN CULTURAL FORUM WASHINGTON (ACF DC). IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU KNOW WHEN AND WHICH TYPE OF DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE PROCESS IT.
DATA PROCESSING ON THE WEBSITE

The purpose of data processing via the website of the ACF DC is to provide information about its activities. By using the website or the content provided by the ACF DC, you as a user agree to data processing in accordance with this statement.

The ACF DC collects the contact data of interested persons for the purpose of inviting them to events. IMAGE PROCESSING
At events, we take photos and videos for documentation purposes and for the purpose of informing you about the activities of the ACF DC, a selection of which may be published on the website, social media channels and in print media of the ACF DC or, on a case-by-case basis, of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs. We process this data with your consent or in the legitimate interest of the Ministry. If you do not agree to the image processing, please contact us in advance of the event.
